Advancing Education for Sustainable Development

Six committed partners from five European countries have embarked on a challenging journey dedicated to promoting education for sustainable development through the Self-SDG project, an Erasmus+ initiative.

With the involvement of IES Cristóbal de Monroy, as coordinator and the Avantia Foundation, the project harnesses their expertise in educational excellence and sustainable development advocacy. ASSIST Software from Romania contributes cutting-edge technological solutions crucial for developing a robust mobile application, enriched with gamification elements.

RCE Oldenburger Münsterland from Germany strengthens community ties and fosters youth education, ensuring the application’s relevance across regions. Additionally, GLUK Advice BV from the Netherlands brings innovative business strategies and technological solutions to enhance the app’s practicality and market readiness. Finally, Bratislava Policy Institute (BPI) provides vital policy analysis and public engagement, ensuring alignment with broader SDG frameworks and effective user participation.

Together, these partners form a cohesive consortium committed to delivering a comprehensive SDG self-assessment tool that empowers users to actively contribute to global sustainability goals, reflecting their belief in the transformative power of education and innovation as catalysts for sustainable change.
