Save E.A.R.T.H Project

The project Save E.A.R.T.H project consortium, made up of 6 schools from: Italy, Sweden, Greece, Romania, the Netherlands and Germany, proposed to achieve the following objectives:

Promote Environmental Awareness: Educate students about the impact of human activities on biodiversity, particularly through digital lectures, films, interactive tours, and teaching materials focusing on SDG 15 (Life on Land) and SDG 14 (Life Below Water).

Encourage Sustainable Living: Foster a more environmentally conscious lifestyle among students by organizing activities such as photo competitions that highlight the use of alternatives to plastic products.

Introduce Renewable Energy: Provide an intensive introduction to fossil and renewable energies, with students presenting renewable energy solutions specific to their countries, focusing on SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy).

Highlight Energy Conservation: Showcase student-led initiatives such as energy-saving guards within schools through short films and presentations.

Address Climate Change: Educate students on the threats to infrastructure caused by climate change, focusing on SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure). This includes creating short films and presenting solution strategies for climate-related weather extremes.

Explore Sustainable Housing: Expose students to sustainable housing projects, innovative transport approaches, and practical creative assignments to design models of future sustainable houses.

Foster International Collaboration: Facilitate digital and physical mobility among students from six countries to share knowledge, experiences, and best practices in sustainability and environmental conservation.
